Your new role
This job is an exciting post for an experienced Senior Support worker or Deputy managed to work alongside the Registered manager in a home that supports people with a range of disabilities. You will be responsible in the manages absence in ensuring the safe and effective running of the home. Leading a professional staff team to provide an exceptional level of care and support to the residents.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working in at least a Senior support worker capacity and have experience of carrying out supervision and staff management. Have excellent knowledge of a range of Learning disabilities and complex needs. An NVQ on Health and Social care at a level 2 along with a full driving license is a must.
