Your new company
Our client in the heart of Dorset, provide fantastic Care and Support for Vulnerable Children between the ages of 7-19, with Autism and complex needs. Based close to the sea, the children here benefit from large grounds and plenty of outdoor space, as well as 24 hour support from staff.
Your new role
As a Day Support Worker you will provide focused Care and Support for Vulnerable Children with Autism and other complex needs. You will be working up to 40 hours per week, with variable shift patterns depending upon the needs of the client. The work is challenging but highly rewarding.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Support Worker, you will ideally need a year of previous experience in Support Work with Children. A UK Driving Licence and access to a car is desired, but not essential.
