A Workplace Manager job in London City, paying up to £30,000

Your new company
A leading developer within the trading market is looking for a Workplace Manager to join their organisation within their facilities department in London City. This company believes in promoting from within and always provide the best support and recognition for their teams to ensure development and growth.

Your new role
In this role as a Workplace Manager, you will be managing allocated sites to ensure revenue growth, profit growth, profit generation, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction targets are achieved. You will be responsible for all aspects of a multi functional facilities division directly responsible for reprographics, mail room and goods in, and labour department, making sure that all KPI’s and SLA’s are met. Your duties will include, delivering budgets, implementing cost control targets, managing stock levels, maintaining a high level of employee motivation, training and development, which will contribute to the business’ overall revenue profit goals set by the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to possess a strong knowledge and understanding of site commercial, financial and contractual relationship with customer and clients. You will need excellent communication and people management skills. You will need have relevant industry experience as well as an understanding of accountancy principles.
