Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative domiciliary care provider at a key point in their growth. With a mixture of privately and publicly funded clients, they currently provide over 5000 hours of outstanding care and have achieved excellent gradings in recent CQC inspections.

Your new role
As Registered Manager, you will be given autonomy to run your own domiciliary service, managing and training at team of around 40 staff working alongside your assistant manager, care co-ordinator and supervisors. You will be responsible for continual service improvement and have an innovative approach to providing person centred care. Business minded, you will be able to plan for and implement strategies to increase the number of hours care delivered in the Lincolnshire area. Reporting in to the Operations manager, you will have monthly KPI meetings alongside support from the recruitment team, a registered nurse and the directors.

What you'll need to succeed
With at least 2 years of managerial experience in the care sector, ideally in a domiciliary setting you will be ready to take on your next challenge. With an NVQ 4 or above; or the desire to work towards, you will be able to demonstrate the impact you have had in managing staff and improving services. As you will also become part of the training programme within the company it would be desirable to have the 'Train a Trainer' award or previous experience of training staff.
