Permanent Support/Night Support worker required in Lyndhurst, Lymington and New Milton

Your new company
An education and children's service that provides specialist education and care for young people aged 5-25 years. With schools, colleges and children homes, they specialise in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, Autistic spectrum disorders and specific learning difficulties.

Your new role
As a Support Worker your role will be to support young people aged 8-18 providing high standards of person centred support and care to service users. You will be building relationships with young people and their families and participating in activities and key tasks for the role such as personal care.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a similar setting and be able to communicate well with residents and families. You will have an excellent attitude and be willing to learn new skills. You must be willing to work 1 weekend every 3 weeks and be able to work three days a week minimum.
