Children's Registered Manager based in Kendal with a competitive salary and bonus scheme

Your new company
You will be joining a successful family run company that has a a real family vibe that is felt within the 2 "Good" rated homes. Both homes are in beautiful rural settings in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of Cumbria.
The companies ethos and believes in this "family" setting to help the young people settle and relax and gain trust after very troubled and disturbed starts to their childhoods.

Your new role
Your role as Registered Manager is to lead by example with your team enthusiasm, encouragement ongoing training and development. Delivering 1:1 and supervision on a regular basis. You will take the referrals for the young people entering your care. Delivering care for up to 4 young people to the ages of 17 years old. You will be the registered person with Ofsted and will have good knowledge of Ofsted and Reg 44. You will have high hopes and aspirations for your home and take great pride in it, your team and the young people in your care.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need either Level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management. Experience within a children's residential setting as A Registered Manager or held Deputy Manager post within Children's residential for at least a year. You will need to be a driver due to rural setting and most importantly you will need a "Can Do" positive attitude.
