Permanent opportunity for a Property Development Surveyor to join one of the employers of choice in the South West

Your new company
As a Development Surveyor, you will join part of an estates & facilities team who are responsible for maintaining and managing a property portfolio which generates in excess of £1million per annum. You will be working for one of the employers of choice in the South West, and a PLC who have maintained a healthy and improving share price for the last 12 months.

Your new role
As a Property Development Surveyor, you will be helping to provide an estates management service across a portfolio of 400+ leasehold and freehold properties. You will have a particular focus in achieving income targets through the disposal of redundant assets and enhancement of their value prior to disposal. This role will involve assessment of land and property use requirements, identifying new opportunities to enhance their value.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your role as a Property Surveyor, you'll need to be able to demonstrate prior experience in property development, with a sound knowledge of the law and principles relating to estates management. You'll need to demonstrate a passion for the strategic management of a client-side property portfolio.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a starting salary of up to £45,000 (dependent on experience), alongside 30 days annual leave (not including bank holidays), a optional pension scheme and a 'job need' car entitlement. You'll have access to free on-site parking alongside a flexible working scheme.
