Support Manager

Reliance Care currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Support Manager in Ceredigion, Wales.

Our client, an independent domiciliary and supported living company who provide support to people with a learning disability, mental health needs and/or physical disability is looking to recruit an experienced support manager with a difference.

Your main role will be to lead and develop teams of Support Workers engaged in the provision of quality support and to promote a person-centred approach to Support delivery.

Candidates should have a relevant qualification, an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent would be preferred.

The position has a salary of between £19,000 - £24,000 and a fantastic benefits package.
