Who we are looking for

As part of the Group's ongoing expansion plans we are always looking to build teams with the best people the recruitment industry has to offer. We are looking for high calibre graduates to be the 'future' of our organisation and help drive our teams forward. Successful candidates will have achieved excellent A levels grades and graduated within the last three years preferably come from a Red Brick University or have a Degree level qualifications.

Ideal candidates will have the following key characteristics: Be results driven, seek challenging assignments, a self-starter, independent whilst working within broad company parameters, receptive to change; generate enthusiasm in others; analytical; problem solver; Supports achievement of goals/targets through people.
