With over 12 years' combined experience in social care recruitment, we've developed a unique approach that candidates and clients can count on. Before locums register with us, we take them through a procedure that reveals their strengths, weaknesses and attitudes, and allows us to determine the placements that would suit them best.
They also undergo a Criminal Records Bureau and identification checks, including qualification and GSCC registration authentication. We obtain references for the past three years, with one from the most recent employer.
Finally, candidates sign a health declaration stating that they are in good health before being formally accepted onto the register. It's at this stage we give them a verbal induction on our policies and procedures and clarification of the CPW candidate charter to clarify the standard of service you expect. Locum Services
