Our probing interview process assesses attitude, motivation and ambition - qualities that are essential for effective job performance but not always easy to deduce from a CV. We're happy to handle the problems you have in recruiting new members of staff, and to help you reduce the expense of advertising - as well as the time you'd otherwise spend sifting through mountains of CVs, interviewing inappropriate candidates and waiting for new candidates to serve their notice. You can rely on us With over 12 years' combined experience in social care recruitment, we've developed a unique approach that candidates and clients can count on. Before locums register with us, we take them through a procedure that reveals their strengths, weaknesses and attitudes, and allows us to determine the placements that would suit them best. They also undergo a Criminal Records Bureau and identification checks, including qualification and GSCC registration authentication. We obtain references for the past three years, with one from the most recent employer. Finally, candidates sign a health declaration stating that they are in good health before being formally accepted onto the register. It's at this stage we give them a verbal induction on our policies and procedures and clarification of the CPW candidate charter to clarify the standard of service you expect.
