Employment Plus are able to provide continuity and reliability in service by providing 7 day per week availability. All calls being answered by specialist care consultants giving our clients and applicants confidence with a tailor made service, which relates to you.

All our potential care staff have to comply with our vigorous procedures before being allocated as part of your care team.

• Minimum of two years experience in the care industry
• References to verify previous care employment and ability within position
• Undertaken an in-depth interview with a qualified consultant
• Tested for manual handling abilities in accordance with the EC Directive
• Tested and referenced for experience and qualifications within the Elderly and/or Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health environment.
• On receipt of references, Employment Plus will then obtain a criminal records check for all applicants before they can join our professional workforce.
