Everycare was founded and is still directed by Robert and Mary Cottrell a husband and wife team who have over 25 years experience of providing high quality dedicated professional health and social care.
Over many years they have built a supportive team of like minded people to run a network of franchised offices in addition to the head office. Robert is qualified with a B. Ed. (Hons) and has directed the training of the organization. Mary has an MBA, is a member of the Care Council for Wales and has a thorough understanding of the issues involved in delivering high quality care and nursing services.
Everycare is an established private health and social care organisation that has been operating since April 1993. The organisation consists of a regional network of independently owned Everycare branches throughout England and Wales, operating under the guidance of its Head Office in Cardiff.
By listening to service users' and contractors' needs, Everycare provide tailor made services that deliver the highest quality of health and social care. In addition to Everycare's rigorous recruitment and selection programme, comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment is a main focus for the organisation to ensure quality standards are continuously met.
Each Everycare branch has successfully been assessed and has achieved registration with the health and social care regulatory and inspectorate bodies: Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW) and/or Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
Everycare provide the services of trained and qualified health and social care staff consisting of:
