Just Global was founded in 2006. Just Global specialise in providing care for older people as well as adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The company provides services to 6 adults, with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. The company also has another residential home for 21 people, offering good opportunities for people to experience a fuller and more complete lifestyle. We offer specialist services and support for people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, mental health problems, autism spectrum disorder and dementia.
Those who live at Just Global do so with dignity and respect from those who support them; they live with no reduction of their rights as citizens and are entitled to live as full and active a life as their physical and mental condition will allow.
Residents have a fundamental right to self-determination and individuality. Equally, they are given the right to live in a manner and in circumstances which correspond as far as possible with what is classed as "normal". Residents and their well-being are the central focus at our homes.
It is the interests of clients, individually and collectively, that assumes priority over the home, its management and staff. This means that clients are accorded a standard of care and attention which respects individuals' privacy and dignity, recognises their diversity and individuality, fosters their independence, offers them choice and enables them to control their own lives, wherever possible.
