Kcare Nursing is one of the fastest growing independent recruitment agencies in the healthcare sector. It was founded in 2002 by Peter Mukono, a qualified RMN and MBA graduate who is passionate about providing highly skilled and experienced carers to clients. Today the company has the largest database of temporary and qualified mental health care workers and is planning to open further offices around the UK.
Our unique offering
We know that no two clients are looking for the same service from us. That’s why, unlike other nursing agencies, we ensure that every member of staff we place has completed appropriate mental health training, specific to the individual needs of each client. (Training is something we take very seriously. Right now, our training team is working towards ISO9002 accreditation).

The stamp of approval
The quality of service provided by Kcare nursing has been recognised by the NHS, who have nominated us as a supplier on their Framework Agreement. As well as working with the NHS, we also provide staff to nursing homes, private psychiatry units, medium secure units and to local authorities
