Magna provides and manages good quality housing in the South West of England. Our homes are for people who cannot afford to buy the accommodation they need on the open housing market. MHA operates in Dorset, Devon, Hampshire and Somerset. We have 5,974 homes to let (as at 1st January 2006), plus 20 currently under construction (Castle Close, Dorchester and Pottery Lane, Weymouth). MWS operates in West Somerset. We acquired houses, flats, and garages from West Somerset District Council on 30 March 1998. We currently have 2,051 homes to let with 11 units currently under construction (Dulverton and portfolio sites).
