Paterson Health and Social Care was established in 1994 and is the dedicated, health, social and childcare division of the Paterson Group. Above all we are flexible. Our four high street branches, covering six counties, are well placed to offer a service based on local knowledge. Our ability to exceed our customer’s expectations has lead to the award of many contracts with leading providers. PHC is one of only a small number of agencies to have been awarded a place on the NHS National Agency Framework to supply all grades of personnel to the NHS UK wide. This ensures that PHC are able to offer their workers a huge variety of work on either an ad hoc – locum - short term or permanent basis at excellent rates of pay. To work thorough us workers must have a minimum of 6 months experience the in the area you wish to be placed. Our recruitment consultants are highly experienced and as well as being educated in the recruitment industry have backgrounds in nursing, social care and childcare ensuring a complete understanding of our customers needs.
