Advanced Child Protection Practitioner - Vacancies
Would you like to use your social work qualification and demonstrated experience in child protection to live and work in Victoria, Australia?
We are looking for advanced child protection practitioners to work in Victoria to be part of the Department of Human Service’s child protection program.
As an advanced child protection practitioner, you will investigate, assess and manage complex cases of children at risk of significant harm from abuse and neglect and at times present matters to the Children’s Court of Victoria.
We want people who can work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes; people who are committed to working with children, young people and families. Successful practitioners are confident, aware, open to change and improvement and can provide information, support and expertise in professional relationships.
The Department offers ongoing professional development programs, supervision and professional debriefing. We offer immigration support and visa sponsorship to successful applicants.
