They are looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager who will manage the development, opening, quality and sales of service. As the registered Nursing Home Manager you will be responsible for providing a person centred service for elderly service users with dementia. Meeting and exceeding legislation and inspection requirements, promoting and selling the service to ensure the commercial viability of the service. Leading the evaluation and audit ways of working which promote independence, rehabilitation and social inclusion by enabling service users to take part in holistic and alternative therapeutic programmes within the clinical areas and community where possible.
You will be a registered mental health nurse or registered general nurse and active on NMC register, Management NVQ IV or willingness to undertake this qualification, extensive experience of working within the field of dementia and mental health, excellent IT Skills, planning, monitoring and evaluating experience, awareness and understanding of clinical governance and audit and the understanding of legislation including the mental health act 1983 and the mental capacity act 2005.

Working within Children's Services, this Senior Social Worker will be responsible for the following duties:

Act as the lead professional in statutory cases that require a qualified social worker, including child protection, care proceedings and looked after children cases.
Undertake the full range of social work tasks with children in need and their families; assessment, planning, implementation and review (APIR).
Bring together and co-ordinate the team around the child to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to APIR and safeguarding.
Promote and model effective working arrangements with schools, children's centres and other settings.
Develop a good understanding of evidence based practice and integrate models of best practice into day to day service delivery.
Take part in case/practice audits and contribute to peer audit arrangements as required.
Establish and develop collaborative working with allied health and social care practitioners from children's and adults' services.

The successful Senior Social Worker will be GSCC registered, have a current CRB and 2 years post qualification experience.
