Your new role
As a repairs scheduler you will be answering calls from tenants who require repairs and maintenance to their building. You will be working in a fast paced environment, within a small team of schedulers. As a repairs scheduler you will be liaising with contractors and agency partners providing a customer orientated service with a professional attitude. You will be working on a temporary contract until December this year.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within the role previous experience in a repairs role is essential. You must have experience working within a housing association, local authority or contractor. This organisation is expecting you to hit the ground running so you must have strong working knowledge on main frame databases and how local authorities work.
