Your new role
Your new role will require you to be an Operational Planner for engineers and construction workers. This means managing all back office administration and using Microsoft office daily, most especially Excel. You will be scheduling and planning all the necessary procedures before the workers go on site. The role does require you to talk on the phone to both internal and external sources. The position is working between the hours of 8- 5 but will be on rotational shifts, with the first shift starting at 8 and the last at 9.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must be able to use Microsoft Excel with ease and be a team player in the environment you are working. Communication skills are at the heart of the role and you must not be afraid to talk on the phone at any time. You will get the opportunity to work within a national Construction company on a temp contract lasting at a minimum until the end of June with the high possibility of being extended.
