Your new company
You will be working for a growing East Midlands based housing organisation that focuses on promoting independent living for young people aged between 16-25. Many of their services offer one-to-one support for their service users, many of whom have faced issues such as domestic abuse, sexual abuse, homelessness, alcohol and substance misuse. Their services are growing rapidly across the East and West Midlands.
Your new role
You will be working as a project manager managing their services across Coventry and the West Midlands. You will supervise a team of support workers ensuing that service users needs are being met and to a high standard. You will ensure that weekly support plans are completed and implemented for service users by the support staff. You will ensure that all properties are kept at satisfactory levels, ensuring all maintenance is carried promptly. You will be responsible for inducting new staff members and ensuring that they are meeting organisational expectations whilst working with service users.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience as a project, assistant or housing manager within a Social Housing setting working with young people. It is desirable that you drive due to the nature of the role and that you have a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
