You will be working for a leading housing association who has seen an increase in demand for night support staff in their Nottingham service. This is to covering both employee absence and to manage an increase in the number of residents.
Your new role:
You will be working as a waking night support worker for young adults who have challenging behaviour. Many residents have faced issues such as homelessness and suffer from alcohol and drug misuse. You will provide necessary support to help promote independent living and have a positive impact on their lives.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will need experience in a similar role. You will have experience as a support worker within social housing, having previously dealt with challenging users. You will be available immediately. A DBS check is required for this position.
What you'll get in return:
You will receive a competitive hourly rate, on an ongoing temporary contract. There is a chance of extension on this role.
