Senior Architect Mansfield District Council £35,444 - £39,177

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join their design team. You will be responsible for delivering a full architectural service to internal clients within the council and where appropriate external clients.

Within your new role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting residential development projects. You will report to the Development Manager and also be given a multi-disciplinary team of 8 to manage and lead across a variety of projects. You will work closely with the Development Manager to explore new opportunities as the team embark on an exciting journey to become more commercial.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience. As the successful candidate you will have experience within the residential market or another relevant sector. A working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential for this position as well as experience of leading a team. Previous experience working within the public sector would also be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between £35,444 and £39,177 per annum with an excellent benefits package which includes an average salary pension scheme.
