Maintenance Officer

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Officer to join an excellent housing association based in the Merseyside area on a temporary contract, for a initial period of 3 months with a strong possibility for a permanent role at the end.

Duties include:
- dealing with void properties and planned maintenance
- diagnosing faults and repairs
- carrying out pre and post inspections
- dealing with disabled adaptations and working within the Disability Discrimination Act
- preparing schedule of works
- assessing quality and response of contractor work
- meeting tenants on site to discuss any issues/complaints
- liaise with tenants

The successful candidate must have proven experience of working in a similar role within a Public Sector organisation. They must also have a full driving licence.
