Tenant Liaison Officer

Immediate temporary vacancy for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer based in Merseyside.

Our client requires a Tenant Liaison Officer for a period of 4 - 6 weeks, subject to possible extension, to provide advice, support and guidance to tenants who are having improvements carried out to their homes.

Working predominantly on-site, the successful applicant will undertake home visits both before, during and subsequent to the works being carried out. You will ensure that tenants are aware of what is planned, and ensure that works are carried out to their satisfaction, liaising with contractors as required.

Previous experience of working with tenants, either with a Housing Association or a building/construction company is essential. Applicants must drive and have their own vehicle and a full clean driving licence.
