Our client is looking for someone that has experience of delivering the below:
To be responsible for ensuring that housing management and support is delivered effectively and efficiently to meet regulatory, legislative and quality standards that are relevant to services within the portfolio.
An exciting opportunity has come about for an experience Service Manager to work for a fantastic organisation within West Yorkshire.
Our client is looking for someone that has experience with of these key areas of delivery:
Responsible to the Area Business Manager for the management and direction of a service portfolio ensuring delivery of service to meet set objectives and targets.
To develop and deliver, within set budget and delegated authority in a cost efficient manner, comprehensive services within the portfolio, with due regard to viability, competitiveness, quality standards and the needs of our service users and key stakeholders. Forecasting, planning, monitoring and reporting upon budget.
To deliver the service to meet contractual arrangements, monitoring and reviewing as appropriate and necessary.
To equip support staff to provide professional support to service users and to manage caseloads appropriately.
To lead, manage, recruit, direct, motivate, train and develop employees to carry out duties according to business requirements. Ensure that employees carry out their jobs safely and that responsibilities set out in the Health and Safety Policy are complied with fully.
