Interim Regional Manager Scotland Social Care Adults & Children

Your new company
The organisation is a leading charity specialising in the provision of services to Adults and Children with learning disabilities and their families. Due to a peak in service workload, an opportunity exists for an experienced Regional Manager to join them on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director of Services, you will have direct responsibility for a team of Service Managers and Team Leaders and play a key role for the development and delivery of a rigourous services for adults, children and families paying attention to wellbeing and protection. You will be responsible for growing a range of services within you region, giving advice and guidance on appropriate service models. You will carry out quality audits and advise on areas of improvement, ensuring that the organisation remains compliant and achieve high levels of accreditation.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Social Care professional with extensive experience of service and area management. Ideally you will be educated to degree level in either Social Work or Nursing with a Leadership or post graduate qualification. You will be a customer focused individual with sound interpersonal, strategic influencing and presentation skills. You will have significant experience of working at management level with proven leadership, budget management and motivational skills.

What you'll get in return
On offer is a salary of up to 48K per annum (dependant on experience) and a generous car allowance. This position has been advertised in the Glasgow area however there is an chance that the position could be based elsewhere dependant on the location of successful candidate.
