Waking Night Support Worker, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire,£20800 p.a.

Your new company
You will be working as a waking night support worker on a flexible basis We have a number of clients around the Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucestershire area so there will be lots of variety working in different settings.

  • Work on a flexible basis
  • Earn up to £20800 p.a. (based on 4 nights per week)
  • You will receive a free DBS

  • You can also earn £250 every time you refer a friend with relevant experience!

Your new role
You will be working as a support worker with adults and/or children with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and/or Mental Health Illnesses in residential and supported living settings. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have experience working within Health and Social. Ideally you will hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care although this is not essential if you have experience. Ideally you will be a car driver.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a free DBS to work with both adults and children. You will receive a competitive salary, minimum of £9 up to £11p/h depending on experience and qualifications. You will receive holiday pay, and will be paid weekly. You can also earn £250 every time you refer a friend with relevant experience!
You will be able to build up your experience working in a variety of different settings if you wish.
